Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending further review.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the b6789 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, accessing additional bonuses, or any other reason constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. 2.5 Prohibited Registrants. 3.1 Verification Requirement. b6789 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at any point during a Player's use of the Platform at the discretion of b6789, including upon reaching specified deposit or wagering thresholds.

3.2 Documents Required. 3.3 Consequences of Non-Verification. b6789 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal and to restrict Account functionality until verification is successfully completed. 4.2 Liability for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have previously notified b6789 of a security breach pursuant to clause 4.3.

4.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the b6789 Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. b6789 accepts no liability for Account compromise resulting from insecure devices or networks used by the Player.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the b6789 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b6789 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion costs are the responsibility of the Player.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation. b6789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, b6789 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and honour any Bonus Funds already credited and in active use.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

9.1 Ownership. 9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the b6789 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 9.3 Game Provider Marks. 13.2 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon Account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Funds deposited by the Player and not subject to any active dispute or fraud investigation will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

13.4 Dormant Accounts.
